EBC MD1136X Brake Rotor Stainless Steel Full Floating Disc with Aluminum Hub

The EBC MD1136X is a premium full-floating brake rotor featuring the innovative X Brake design with S Drive button system. This high-performance rotor combines a precision-machined stainless steel braking surface with a lightweight aluminum alloy center hub for optimal heat dissipation and weight reduction.

Key Features:

• Full-circle profile stainless steel rotor for consistent braking performance
• Lightweight aluminum alloy center hub reduces unsprung weight
• S Drive button mounting system allows controlled rotor expansion during heat cycles
• Floating design reduces brake fade and extends rotor life
• Precision ground stainless steel braking surface for excellent wet and dry performance
• Direct OEM replacement for easy installation

The floating rotor design allows the outer stainless steel disc to expand and contract independently from the center hub during extreme heat conditions, preventing warping and maintaining consistent brake feel. The S Drive mounting system uses specially designed buttons that secure the rotor while allowing thermal movement, reducing stress on both the rotor and hub.
