EBC FSD523 Polished Stainless Floating Brake Disc for Harley-Davidson

The EBC FSD523 features a polished stainless steel center hub with black chrome finish, designed specifically for Harley-Davidson big twin motorcycles and cruisers. This fully floating brake disc combines premium cosmetics with advanced braking performance for riders who demand both style and stopping power.

Key Features:

• High-luster polished stainless steel center hub with black chrome finish for superior cosmetics
• Heat-treated and tempered stainless steel outer rotor blade with diamond ground finish
• EBC's patented SD System square drive rivet hardware for secure mounting
• Fully floating design allows rotor blade to expand and contract freely under heavy braking
• Eliminates brake vibration and rotor distortion during aggressive stops
• All components and hardware constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel
• Square-sided SD buttons mount into square pockets for optimal thermal management

The innovative SD System mounting design sets this rotor apart from conventional fixed discs. The flat-sided buttons fit precisely into square pockets in both the center hub and rotor blade, creating a secure connection that permits controlled thermal expansion without the warping and vibration common in traditional designs. This engineering delivers consistent, fade-free braking performance even during extended high-heat riding conditions.
