Like90 10003 Spray Mask 1 Gallon - Water-Based Overspray Protection

Like90 10003 Spray Mask is a water-based, sprayable masking solution designed to protect vehicles during paint operations. This innovative liquid mask dries to a clear, non-tacky film that provides superior protection against overspray, dust, and contaminants compared to traditional plastic sheeting.

Key Features:

• Superior Protection: Dries to a clear, non-tacky film that tightly seals vehicle surfaces against overspray damage, welding sparks, grinding slag, and polishing compound residue
• Thixotropic Formula: Clings to vertical surfaces to minimize runs and drips during application, making removal faster and easier
• Dust Control: Traps dust and dirt on the vehicle so it does not become airborne during painting; any surface dust can be easily wiped off with a tack rag
• Excellent Adhesion: Superior wet-out forms a continuous protective film even over difficult-to-coat surfaces such as fresh wax
• Easy Removal: Water-soluble dry film washes off easily with water, eliminating disposal costs and reducing waste volume
• Environmentally Friendly: Water-based, low VOC formula (less than 60 g/L) is non-hazardous and biodegradable
• Fast Application: Spray-on liquid allows fast, easy application by one person using conventional spray equipment
• Versatile Coverage: Protects hard-to-mask areas such as grills, wheels, tires, and engine bays that plastic sheeting cannot adequately cover

Coverage: Approximately 4 to 6 cars per gallon, depending on application thickness and surface area.

This 1-gallon bottle provides an efficient, cost-effective alternative to plastic sheeting for professional body shops and paint operations, offering superior protection with faster application and cleanup times.
