The Rock Krawler JL45AX2LA-2 is a 4.5-inch Adventure-X2 Long Arm Suspension System engineered to deliver the perfect balance between a capable daily driver and a hardcore off-road platform. This comprehensive lift kit transforms the suspension geometry of the Jeep Wrangler JL with a full long arm redesign front and rear.

At the heart of the Adventure-X2 system is a high clearance 4-link long arm front suspension paired with a high clearance independent 3-link long arm rear suspension. The X2 rear geometry features enhanced rear instant centers and rear roll centers, delivering a smooth, controlled ride whether cruising on pavement or navigating challenging trails.

Every control arm in the system is equipped with Rock Krawler's proprietary Adventure Series joint center — a maintenance-free, grease-free design that isolates road vibrations and includes high misalignment capability. Each joint uses a steel sleeve that rotates freely on a Teflon-lined inner sleeve, ensuring the bushing material is never chafed, twisted, or deformed under load. The sleeve acts as a buffer against clamping force during installation, meaning you are never compressing the bushing as you torque the hardware.

Installation Notes: This system requires welding of the front and rear long arm frame-side mounts, and removal of OEM frame-side upper and lower control arm mounts front and rear. Limiting straps are recommended to prevent over-extension of suspension components.
