Professional Products 52043 Typhoon Small Block Chevy Intake Manifold Black

The Professional Products Typhoon intake manifold is a mid-height dual-plane manifold that offers superior power across a broad RPM range. Designed to provide ultimate street performance with excellent throttle response and good top-end power without losing low-end torque, this cast aluminum intake features a durable black finish that looks great under the hood.

Key Features:

• Powerful dual-plane design ideal for non-pollution controlled street machines, bracket racing, nitrous, or supercharged applications
• Square bore carburetor flange with nitrous bosses, 4-corner water ports, and dual distributor hold-downs
• Produces outstanding power and is 0.70 inches taller than the low-profile Cyclone manifold
• Includes provision to machine for front oil fill tube; no provision for exhaust heated or stock style chokes
• Cast aluminum construction with professional black finish

Carburetor Recommendations:

• For most street applications: 600-700 CFM vacuum secondary carburetor
• For high-performance street and bracket racing: 700-800 CFM double pumper carburetor

These cast aluminum intakes typically perform best with a mild to aggressive street cam and an upgraded exhaust system. Please note: This manifold will not fit under a stock Corvette hood.
