Brembo P86023 Low-Met Front Disc Brake Pad Set

The Brembo P86023 is a low-metallic front disc brake pad set specifically designed for the North American market, featuring a premium friction material formulation that delivers superior braking performance in all driving conditions with comfortable, quiet operation and cleaner wheels. These pads are engineered to be comparable to OE specifications and carry ECE-R90 approval certification. This set serves as a direct replacement for Volvo OE# 31277334.

Key Features:

• Premium shim design for comfortable, quiet, and smooth braking performance
• Low-metallic formulation optimized for superior braking in all driving conditions
• Thermal surface treatment for maximum efficiency even at high temperatures
• Multi-layer shim insulation absorbs noise and vibrations between pad, piston, and brake fluid
• Premium stainless steel hardware and lubricant included with most applications
• ECE-R90 approved for quality and safety assurance
• Reduced braking distances and maximum driving comfort in all conditions

Manufactured using a direct forming pressing process with high pressure values that bond the friction material to the metal backing plate with exceptional precision. The low-metallic compound produces less brake dust than traditional metallic pads, helping keep wheels cleaner and reducing maintenance requirements.
