BMC FM01069 High-Flow Panel Replacement Air Filter Cotton Gauze

The BMC FM01069 is a high-performance panel replacement air filter engineered as a direct drop-in upgrade over the factory OEM air filter. Designed to fit directly into the vehicle's original airbox, this filter delivers a measurable increase in airflow and superior filtration compared to standard paper elements — with no modifications required.

Key Features:

• Superior Filtration: Captures particulates down to 7 microns — finer than the typical OEM paper filter threshold of 10 microns
• Increased Airflow: Engineered to deliver up to 18.5% higher airflow than conventional OEM paper filters
• Multi-Layer Cotton Gauze Construction: Low-viscosity oil-soaked, multi-layered cotton gauze media provides exceptional filtration efficiency while maximizing flow
• Epoxy-Coated Alloy Mesh: Protective outer mesh guards against petrol fumes and oxidization caused by air humidity
• Full Moulding System: Proprietary single-mould manufacturing process produces the characteristic red filter body with no welded joints, eliminating a common failure point
• Durable Rubber Sealing: Long-life rubber conforms to all airbox shapes for an airtight seal and optimal fitment
• Pre-Oiled and Ready to Install: Ships fully pre-oiled — no prep work needed before installation
• Washable and Reusable: Can be cleaned and re-oiled using the BMC regeneration kit, providing a long service life

The BMC FM01069 is the ideal replacement for riders looking to maintain peak engine breathing performance. Its direct-fit, tool-free installation makes it a straightforward upgrade from the OEM paper element with no tuning required.
