Asco P159A111X1X13F0 Fast Opening Hydramotor Actuator with Proof-of-Closure 120V

The ASCO P159A111X1X13F0 is a fast-opening electrohydraulic actuator designed for reliable gas shut-off control in industrial heating applications. This self-contained motorized actuator operates on 120V AC power and features a 7-12 second actuation time for responsive on/off control of gas valves and dampers.

Key Features:

• Fast-opening hydramotor design with 7-12 second actuation time
• Proof-of-Closure (P.O.C.) switch provides positive indication of valve closure for enhanced safety
• 120V AC operation for standard electrical systems
• Dual internal control valves ensure repeatable positioning throughout operational cycles
• Aluminum body construction for durability in industrial environments
• Built-in position indicators on both sides display valve open/closed status
• Designed for mounting to ASCO Series 158 gas valves to create a globally approved safety shut-off solution

Applications:

• Boilers and furnaces
• Industrial ovens and dryers
• Incinerators and thermal oxidizers
• HVAC damper control systems
• Gas-fired heating equipment requiring safety shut-off

This actuator provides precise control and reliable operation for demanding industrial heating applications where safety and performance are critical. The proof-of-closure feature ensures the valve is fully closed, preventing gas leaks and improving system safety.
