Moroso 85724 Air/Oil Separator Catch Can for Harley-Davidson Milwaukee 8 Touring - Black & Polished

The Moroso 85724 Air/Oil Separator and Catch Can System is engineered specifically for Harley-Davidson Milwaukee 8 Touring models equipped with Stock or Screaming Eagle air cleaners. It keeps the cylinder head breather system fully functional while preventing harmful crankcase contaminants from recirculating into the intake.

This system plumbs in-line of the factory breather system and filters out crankcase vapors, oil mist, condensation, and exhaust vapors before they can re-enter the engine. By capturing these contaminants, the Moroso 85724 helps reduce detonation and knock, and prevents carbon and oil deposits from building up on valves, pistons, the throttle body, and the air filter.

Key Features:

• Keeps H-D Milwaukee 8 cylinder head breather system fully functional
• Filters crankcase vapors, oil mist, and condensation from the intake system
• Clean, filtered air recirculates back into the intake after separation
• Two-piece body unscrews for easy cleaning and servicing
• Does not vent to atmosphere — collected oil stays in the canister, off your bike and off the ground
• Black and polished body finish for a clean, show-quality appearance
• Fits: H-D Milwaukee 8 Touring Models with Stock & Screaming Eagle Air Cleaners only
• Does NOT fit: Heavy Breather air cleaner configurations

The catch can should be drained periodically as a routine service item — conveniently timed with regular oil changes and maintenance intervals. This Moroso air/oil separator is a straightforward, closed-loop solution that protects your engine internals without sacrificing OEM breather functionality.
