The Wells 2M1415 Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid (also called an EVAP purge valve or canister purge valve) is a replacement emission control part. It takes fuel vapors stored in the vapor canister and routes them into the engine's intake stream, where they are burned in the combustion chamber.
