Product Details

The Wells 1A1159 is an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) tube connector designed to maintain proper emissions control system function. This component serves as a critical link in the EGR system, connecting the EGR valve to the intake manifold to allow controlled recirculation of exhaust gases back into the engine's combustion chambers.

Key Features:

  • Direct replacement EGR tube connector for proper emissions system operation
  • Engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for reliable fit and function
  • Helps reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions and maintain compliance with emissions standards
  • Manufactured by Wells Vehicle Electronics, a leading supplier of quality automotive components
  • Designed for durability in high-temperature exhaust environments

Proper EGR system function is essential for passing emissions tests and preventing check engine light codes related to insufficient or excessive EGR flow. This connector ensures a secure, leak-free connection between EGR system components for optimal emissions control performance.
