Airtex Automotive Division 8H1030 HVAC Heater Blend Door Actuator

The Airtex Automotive Division 8H1030 is a precision-engineered HVAC heater blend door actuator designed to restore proper climate control function in your vehicle. This essential component consists of an electric motor and gear assembly that controls the blend door position, regulating the mix of hot and cold air delivered to the cabin vents.

Key Features:

• Electric motor and gear assembly for precise blend door control
• Controls temperature regulation by mixing warm and cool air
• Direct replacement for failed or malfunctioning OE actuators
• Designed to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit and function
• Restores proper temperature control and airflow distribution

When the blend door actuator fails, common symptoms include inability to adjust cabin temperature, inconsistent airflow, stuck heating or cooling output, or clicking noises from the dashboard. The Airtex 8H1030 actuator provides a reliable solution to restore your vehicle's climate control system to proper working condition. Installation typically involves removing dashboard panels to access the actuator mounting location, disconnecting the wiring harness, and securing the new unit in place.
