The Carli Suspension Pintop 2.5 Leveling System is the most popular all-around suspension system designed specifically for 2014-2018 Ram 2500 Power Wagon gas-powered 4WD trucks. This system raises the truck 2 inches higher in the front while lifting the rear 1 inch to level the truck and increasing rear suspension capacity to 2,000 lbs.

Premium King 2.5" Shocks with Custom Tuning:

This system features Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5 inch shocks on all four corners. Custom pistons determine proper base flow rates for heavy duty truck platforms, tuned around seat-of-the-pants feel. All King shocks feature shafts machined and polished from solid 17-4 stainless steel, providing superior durability without coatings that can wear off. The shocks are finished with King oil rated to -55°F.

Geometry Correction Components:

The included Adjustable Track Bar recenters the axle and provides a stronger link with less deflection. Radius Arm Drop Brackets lower the pivot point of the dual-pivot Power Wagon arms, alleviate diagonal spring pressures to prevent coil bow, and allow full adjustment of the factory caster bolt.

Designed and tuned in-house for substantial on-road and off-road performance improvement, with a softer ride, more control, and better bottom-out resistance. Features excellent road manners while providing comfort and control needed on long unforgiving trails and high-speed off-road driving. This system maintains full payload and hauling capacity with no reduction.

Recommended Wheel and Tire Setup:

Tuned and rides best with 18-inch wheels and 37-inch tires. For optimal ride quality, Carli recommends an unloaded tire pressure of 45 PSI front and 40 PSI rear.

Note: This system is not upgradeable to other Carli suspension systems. It's designed as a complete solution for customers wanting quality big-shock performance with minimal lift and no capacity reduction.
