Enginetech BC172J25 Main Bearing Set 6.2L 379 V8 .25 Undersize

The Enginetech BC172J25 is an engine crankshaft main bearing set for the Ford 6.2L (379 cu in) SOHC V8. This is the .25 undersize version, for crankshafts that have been machined undersize during a rebuild. It is also sold as a main bearing, crank bearing or engine bearing set.

Key Features:

• Engineered for the Ford 6.2L / 379 SOHC V8 16V engine
• .25 undersize for reground crankshaft journals
• Includes a thrust washer
• Built from high-quality alloys chosen for the application. They combine high load capacity with wear resistance, anti-seizure properties and embeddability.
• Parting line chamfers are tightly controlled. This allows proper oil bleed-through without reducing oil pressure.
• Consistent bearing thickness helps maintain correct oil clearances
