Skyward Automotive Products SK36906 Engine Cooling Fan Clutch

The Skyward Automotive Products SK36906 is a standard rotation, standard duty thermal fan clutch designed to regulate engine cooling system performance. This thermal fan clutch automatically engages and disengages the radiator fan based on engine temperature, optimizing cooling efficiency while reducing unnecessary engine load and improving fuel economy.

Key Features:

• Standard rotation thermal design for consistent cooling performance
• Standard duty construction suitable for everyday driving conditions
• Meets or exceeds OEM specifications for reliable operation
• Rigorous quality control measures ensure proper fit and function
• Temperature-activated clutch mechanism engages fan when cooling is needed
• Reduces engine wear, fan noise, and vibration during operation

This replacement fan clutch helps maintain proper engine operating temperature by controlling radiator fan speed based on cooling demands. When the engine is cool, the clutch allows the fan to spin slowly, reducing parasitic power loss. As engine temperature rises, the thermal mechanism engages to spin the fan at full speed for maximum cooling efficiency.
