USA Standard Gear 12003 Yukon Minor Differential Install Kit

The USA Standard Gear 12003 is a Yukon Minor Install Kit (also known as a mini-kit) designed for ring and pinion gear changes on differentials where the existing pinion and carrier bearings can be reused. This cost-effective solution provides the essential hardware needed to complete a gear swap without a full bearing replacement.

Key Features:

• Cost-effective minor install kit ideal for newer differentials with serviceable bearings
• Includes a pinion seal to prevent fluid leaks after gear installation
• Complete shim kit for precise gear mesh and backlash adjustment
• Marking compound and brush included for proper gear pattern setup
• May include axle seals and crush sleeve depending on application
• All components selected to deliver a smooth, properly set-up differential

USA Standard Gear minor install kits are engineered specifically for each differential application, ensuring all required small parts are included for a proper installation. This kit is the ideal choice when performing a ring and pinion swap and the existing bearings are in good, reusable condition, saving time and cost compared to a full master overhaul kit.
