EBC BC6101YEL-L Apollo-6 Front Left Brake Caliper 6-Piston Luminous Yellow

The EBC BC6101YEL-L Apollo-6 Brake Caliper delivers professional-grade braking performance with UK-engineered precision. This front left (driver side) 6-piston caliper is machined from heat-treated low-pressure cast aluminum, offering superior strength and caliper body stiffness compared to conventional gravity-cast designs.

Advanced Construction:

• Two-piece bolted design with high-tensile 12.9 grade steel bolts for exceptional bridge section reinforcement and reduced caliper flex
• FEA-optimized lightweight aluminum construction for optimal strength-to-weight ratio
• Hard anodized body with advanced high-temperature Teflon polyester coating in Luminous Yellow finish
• Serrated nose aluminum pistons for improved heat dissipation and reduced heat transfer to hydraulics
• Stainless steel crossover pipe ensures perfect fluid distribution across all six pistons

Technical Specifications:

• Position: Front Left (Leading Axle)
• Piston Configuration: 6-piston design for maximum clamping force
• Disc Compatibility: 380mm/330mm diameter, 32mm thickness
• Pad Shape: DP006 EBC pattern
• Includes high-temperature EPDM fluid seals and dust boots for debris protection

Unlike powder-coated calipers that crack and discolor under heat exposure, the Apollo-6 features a durable coating system derived from cookware technology that resists fading, cracking, and maintains its striking appearance for years. Each caliper is cast, machined, painted, and assembled in the UK, representing authentic British engineering quality. Ideal for performance street vehicles and track applications requiring firmer pedal feel and fade-resistant braking.
