Schneider Electric PND-202 Pneumatic Damper Actuator Diaphragm

The Schneider Electric (Barber Colman) PND-202 is a replacement diaphragm designed for pneumatic damper actuators in HVAC control systems. This critical component ensures reliable operation of pneumatic actuators that control airflow dampers in commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning applications.

Key Features:

• Beaded molded neoprene construction for durability and chemical resistance
• Precision-engineered for direct replacement in MK-71XX and MK4-71XX series actuators
• Compatible with Barber Colman pneumatic damper actuator systems
• Maintains proper seal and pressure response in pneumatic control circuits
• Factory-specified replacement part for extended actuator service life

This diaphragm is essential for maintaining proper pneumatic actuator function, ensuring accurate damper positioning and system performance. The neoprene material provides excellent resistance to temperature variations and environmental conditions typical in HVAC installations. Regular replacement of diaphragms during scheduled maintenance helps prevent system failures and maintains optimal building climate control.
