Wells 6P1042 PCV Valve

The Wells 6P1042 is a direct-replacement positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve designed to restore proper engine ventilation and emission control performance. The PCV valve plays a critical role in regulating crankcase pressure by routing blow-by gases from the crankcase back into the intake manifold for reburning, reducing harmful emissions and preventing oil contamination.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement for original equipment PCV valve
• Helps maintain proper engine vacuum and performance
• Reduces engine oil sludge and moisture buildup
• Restores emission control system function
• Manufactured to OE specifications for reliable fit and performance

Wells Vehicle Electronics is a trusted manufacturer of emission control and engine management components. Regular replacement of the PCV valve is an important maintenance item that helps extend engine life and maintain fuel efficiency. A failing PCV valve can cause rough idle, increased oil consumption, and failed emissions tests.
