Wells 4F1672 EGR Valve - Vacuum Operated

The Wells 4F1672 is an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve designed to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions and improve engine efficiency. This vacuum-operated valve recirculates a controlled portion of exhaust gas back into the engine's combustion chamber, lowering combustion temperatures and reducing the formation of pollutants.

Key Features:

• Vacuum-type operation for precise exhaust gas flow control
• Designed to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit, form, and function
• Engineered with carbon-resistant valve design for durability and long service life
• Includes mounting gasket for complete installation
• Helps prevent rough idle, hesitation, and failed emissions tests
• Manufactured by Wells Vehicle Electronics, a leader in automotive electronics with over 120 years of industry experience

A failing EGR valve can cause rough idling, poor engine performance, increased emissions, hesitation during acceleration, and check engine light illumination. The Wells 4F1672 provides reliable replacement performance to restore proper emissions control and engine operation. This valve is typically located on or near the intake manifold for straightforward installation.
