Wells 2M1308 Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid Valve

The Wells 2M1308 is a direct-fit vapor canister purge solenoid valve designed to restore proper evaporative emission control (EVAP) system function. This solenoid regulates the flow of fuel vapors from the charcoal canister to the intake manifold, where they are burned during normal engine operation rather than vented to the atmosphere.

A faulty purge solenoid can trigger a check engine light (typically EVAP-related fault codes such as P0441, P0443, or P0446), cause rough idle, reduce fuel efficiency, or cause the vehicle to fail an emissions inspection. The Wells 2M1308 is engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications for a reliable, lasting repair.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement for vapor canister purge solenoid
• Restores proper EVAP system vapor flow and emissions control
• Helps eliminate EVAP-related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs)
• Manufactured to meet or exceed original equipment specifications
• Designed for precise fit and straightforward installation
