Product Details

The Brothers Trucks PVK6087DISCDRUM is a brake proportioning valve kit designed to optimize braking performance on vehicles equipped with front disc and rear drum brake configurations. This essential component helps balance brake pressure distribution between the front and rear axles, preventing premature rear wheel lockup and improving overall stopping control.

Key Features:

  • Brass construction for corrosion resistance and durability
  • Built-in residual pressure valve maintains consistent brake line pressure for improved pedal feel and response
  • Side-mount configuration with zinc-plated mounting bracket for easy installation
  • Specifically engineered for disc/drum brake system combinations
  • Complete kit includes proportioning valve, mounting bracket, and two pre-bent brake lines for master cylinder connection

This valve kit provides a reliable solution for custom brake system builds, restorations, or upgrades where proper brake bias is critical. The included brake lines simplify installation, though a compatible master cylinder is required and sold separately.
