Wells 4B1376 Vapor Canister EVAP Charcoal Canister Replacement

The Wells 4B1376 Vapor Canister is a direct-fit OE replacement component for your vehicle's Evaporative Emission Control (EVAP) system. Designed to meet or exceed OE specifications in form, fit, and function, this canister restores proper fuel vapor management and helps keep your vehicle running cleanly and efficiently.

How It Works:

The vapor canister captures and stores fuel vapors from the fuel tank that would otherwise be vented into the atmosphere. During normal engine operation, these stored vapors are purged from the canister and directed into the intake manifold to be burned as part of the combustion process—reducing harmful emissions and improving fuel efficiency.

Key Features:

• Direct OE replacement — engineered to match original fit, form, and function
• Captures and contains harmful fuel vapors from the fuel system, preventing release into the atmosphere
• Helps prevent excessive fuel consumption, failed emissions tests, and check engine light (CEL) illumination
• Global coverage for domestic and import vehicle applications
• Manufactured by Wells Vehicle Electronics, a trusted leader in automotive aftermarket electronics and emission components

A failing vapor canister can trigger EVAP-related diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), illuminate the check engine light, cause fuel odors, or result in a failed emissions inspection. Replacing the canister with a quality unit like the Wells 4B1376 restores system integrity and ensures continued compliance with emissions standards.
