TiAL 002301 Wastegate Boost Control Spring

The TiAL 002301 is a replacement or upgrade wastegate spring designed for use with TiAL wastegate assemblies. Wastegate springs are a critical component in controlling boost pressure — the spring's rate determines the base cracking pressure at which the wastegate valve begins to open, allowing exhaust gases to bypass the turbine wheel and regulate turbocharger boost output.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit replacement spring for compatible TiAL wastegate models
• Precision-engineered spring rate for consistent, repeatable boost control
• High-quality construction engineered to withstand extreme heat and pressure cycles found in turbocharged applications
• Allows tuners to dial in a specific base boost pressure setpoint
• Compatible with TiAL MVS and/or MVR wastegate series (verify fitment with TiAL documentation)

TiAL Sport is a globally recognized manufacturer of high-performance turbocharger components, including wastegates, blow-off valves, and related hardware trusted by professional racing teams and performance enthusiasts worldwide. Replacing or upgrading your wastegate spring is one of the most straightforward methods of adjusting base boost pressure in a turbocharged build.
