I received my shipment in a timely manner. Only issue I had was not getting a tracking # until I contacted customer service.

Ordered Online and it showed that the product was in stock. I received an order acknowledgment then also received another email stating the product was backordered. Called CS and they assured me the product was in stock and would ship w/in 24hrs of the order date. It actually did ship the next day and I received the product 2 days later.
