EBC SG2F028 Fully-Floating Slotted Brake Rotors - 2-Piece

The EBC SG2F028 Fully-Floating Slotted 2-Piece Brake Rotor delivers professional-grade braking performance with advanced thermal management and improved stopping power. Designed for high-performance street and track applications, this rotor combines EBC's precision engineering with a fully-floating design that reduces heat transfer to the wheel hub and allows for natural thermal expansion during extreme braking conditions.

Key Features:

• Fully-floating two-piece design with independent rotor hat and friction ring for superior heat dissipation
• Wide directional slots machined into the friction surface to expel brake dust, gases, and water while reducing pad glazing
• High-carbon metallurgy construction provides excellent heat cycling properties and extended rotor life
• Floating mounting system allows radial expansion without warping or stress cracking
• Black geomet anti-corrosion coating on non-friction surfaces for long-lasting appearance
• Precision-balanced and mill-finished for smooth, vibration-free operation
• Direct bolt-on replacement requiring no modifications

EBC's floating rotor design reduces unsprung weight while maintaining structural integrity under the most demanding conditions. The slotted pattern enhances initial bite and maintains consistent pedal feel throughout the braking zone, making these rotors ideal for performance-oriented drivers seeking OEM-plus braking capability with track-day durability.
