Vibrant 18396 90 Degree Mandrel Bend 1.75" OD 6" CLR Aluminum Tubing

The Vibrant Performance 18396 is a precision-engineered 90-degree mandrel bend designed for custom exhaust and intake systems. This aluminum tubing features a 1.75-inch outer diameter with a 6-inch centerline radius, providing smooth airflow transitions without the restrictions found in crush-bent alternatives.

Key Features:

• Mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent inner diameter throughout the bend for optimal flow
• 1.75" outer diameter tubing with 6" centerline radius (CLR)
• Constructed from high-quality T6061 aluminum for excellent strength-to-weight ratio
• Precision-formed 90-degree angle for reliable fitment
• Ideal for custom exhaust systems, intercooler piping, and intake fabrication
• Compatible with standard 1.75" O.D. tubing, couplers, and clamps

Mandrel bending ensures the tube wall thickness remains uniform and the inner diameter stays constant through the curve, eliminating turbulence and flow restrictions. This bend is perfect for automotive, marine, and powersports applications where performance and precise fitment are critical.
