Timbren Industries IVR110B SES Suspension Enhancement System

The Timbren Industries IVR110B SES (Suspension Enhancement System) is a rubber helper spring kit designed to improve vehicle stability and load-carrying capacity when towing or hauling heavy loads. This innovative suspension upgrade uses hollow rubber springs called Aeon springs that engage progressively as weight is added to your vehicle.

Key Features:

• Hollow rubber Aeon spring technology provides progressive load support
• No-maintenance design with no air bags to inflate or leak
• Installs in minutes with basic hand tools, no drilling required
• Reduces body roll, sway, and rear-end squat when loaded
• Improves braking performance and steering control under load
• Works automatically - engages only when weight is applied
• Lifetime warranty on rubber springs

The IVR110B kit mounts between the frame and axle to provide additional support capacity of up to 6,000 lbs. When unloaded, the springs remain disengaged for normal ride quality. As cargo or trailer tongue weight is added, the Aeon springs compress progressively to prevent sagging and maintain proper ride height. This system is ideal for work trucks, RVs, and vehicles regularly used for towing trailers or hauling heavy loads in the bed.
