Sherpa 140744 The Diablo Full-Length Aluminum Roof Rack for RAM 2500/3500

The Sherpa Equipment Co. Diablo is a full-length, modular aluminum roof rack engineered for 2019–2026 RAM 2500 and 3500 Crew Cab and Mega Cab trucks. Built and precision laser-cut in Colorado, USA, the Diablo is designed for serious overlanders and expedition users who demand maximum load capacity without compromising build quality or durability.

Key Features:

• Aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum construction: Industry-leading 1/4" thick laser-cut aluminum side panels paired with stainless steel hardware for corrosion resistance and long-term strength
• Exceptional load rating: Supports up to 300 lbs. dynamic and 700 lbs. static — capable of handling rooftop tents, recovery gear, traction boards, spare fuel cans, awnings, and full expedition loads
• Modular crossbar system: 2x1" threaded T-channel aluminum crossbars allow gear to be bolted directly into the extrusion or strapped to the side plates for flexible cargo management
• Cab-specific crossbar count: Ships with 6 crossbars for Crew Cab or 7 crossbars for Mega Cab configurations
• Fairing options: Choose between a full fairing for improved aerodynamics or a half fairing optimized for light bar integration
• Premium finish: Standard black textured powder coat on side panels, black anodized crossbars, and black oxide stainless steel hardware
• Direct load-path mounting: Installs using billet rivet adapters and rubber seals; rack can be removed without disturbing roof hardware (drilling required for installation)
• Lightweight build: Approximately 55 lbs. despite its heavy-duty construction
• Lifetime warranty: Backed by Sherpa Equipment Co.'s full lifetime warranty
• Made in the USA: Designed, cut, and assembled in Colorado
