Product Details

The GPD 1712866 is a direct-replacement blower motor resistor designed for 2011-2015 Kia Sportage models. This component controls the fan speed of your vehicle's heating and air conditioning system by regulating the electrical current to the blower motor.

Key Features:

  • Direct-fit replacement for failed or malfunctioning OEM resistor
  • Restores proper operation of blower motor speed settings
  • Engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for reliable performance
  • Pre-tested to ensure quality and proper function

When a blower motor resistor fails, you may experience symptoms such as the HVAC blower only working on high speed, not working at all, or working intermittently. This GPD replacement resistor restores full functionality to your climate control system, allowing you to select all fan speed settings as intended.
