Product Details

The Autopart International 2504-04068 is a direct-fit replacement distributor cap designed to restore proper ignition system function. The distributor cap plays a critical role in the ignition system by routing high-voltage current from the ignition coil to each spark plug in the correct firing order, ensuring reliable engine starts and smooth operation.

Key Features:

  • Direct OE-style replacement for precise fit and function
  • Constructed from high dielectric strength materials to resist electrical breakdown and carbon tracking
  • Designed to match original equipment specifications for dependable ignition performance
  • Helps maintain proper spark timing and consistent spark delivery to all cylinders
  • Resistant to heat, vibration, and moisture for long service life

Replacing a worn or cracked distributor cap can resolve common driveability issues such as misfires, rough idling, hard starting, and engine hesitation. The Autopart International 2504-04068 is manufactured to meet OE standards, making it a reliable choice for routine ignition system maintenance.

Couldn't find the part I needed on any RV site. You're popped up and I checked to find several in stock. I ordered at a fair price with super fast processing and shipping. Thank you.

Had to enter payment 3 times- kept changing shipping charges.

I'd order from Thmotorsports again.

Quick and easy to use website

Thanks

Excellent product and delivery time

I found what I was looking for.

The product was delivered in a couple of days over the 4th of July weekend in perfect condition. I had to send it back though because it didn't fit the existing bracket on my boat. I was not able to verify specs on your website so I did not realize that I needed to order a look-alike product from another company. Their product was half the price, but I am still waiting for delivery. Your customer service was incredible and you handled the return with very little effort on my part.
