Autopart International 2403-730850 HVAC Blend Door Actuator

The Autopart International 2403-730850 is an HVAC blend door actuator designed to restore proper climate control function in your vehicle. This essential component controls the temperature of air delivered through your vehicle's vents by regulating the position of the blend door inside the HVAC system.

How It Works: The actuator uses a small electric motor and gear assembly to move the blend door, which controls the mix of hot air from the heater core and cold air from the evaporator. When you adjust your temperature settings, the HVAC control module sends signals to this actuator to position the blend door and achieve your desired cabin temperature.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement for failed OEM actuator
• Electric motor-driven operation for precise temperature control
• Controls airflow temperature by regulating blend door position
• Restores proper HVAC system function
• Designed for specific vehicle applications

Common Symptoms of Failure: A faulty blend door actuator typically produces clicking or tapping noises from behind the dashboard, delivers incorrect air temperature (stuck on hot or cold), causes inconsistent temperature output, or results in complete loss of temperature control. This Autopart International replacement actuator eliminates these issues and restores proper climate control operation.

This actuator is part of Autopart International's line of quality replacement climate control components, engineered to meet or exceed OEM specifications for reliable performance and proper fit.
