Autopart International 2403-711072 HVAC Heater Control Valve

The Autopart International 2403-711072 is an HVAC heater control valve designed to regulate the flow of hot coolant through your vehicle's heater core. This valve controls the temperature of air entering the passenger compartment by modulating the mixture of hot engine coolant and antifreeze that passes through the heating system.

Key Features:

• Direct replacement heater control valve for precise temperature regulation
• Controls coolant flow from the engine to the heater core
• Restores proper climate control function when original valve fails
• Quality aftermarket construction for reliable performance
• Helps eliminate common heater problems like no heat or excessive heat output

The heater control valve works in conjunction with your dashboard climate controls to deliver comfortable cabin temperatures. When functioning properly, it allows smooth transitions between heating levels and prevents issues such as insufficient heat output or inability to turn off the heater. This component is typically mounted on the engine firewall or near the heater core assembly.
