Wiseco K667M86 Mitsubishi 4G63T Forged Piston Set 86.00mm Bore

The Wiseco K667M86 is a Professional Series forged piston set designed for the Mitsubishi 4G63T turbocharged engine.

Wiseco's Professional Series represents the top tier of their piston lineup — built with no-expense-spared construction for serious engine builders and racers. Each piston is forged and machined in the USA from 2618 high-strength aluminum alloy, which offers superior tensile strength and fatigue resistance compared to the more common 4032 alloy, making it ideal for high-boost forced induction applications.

Key Features:

• 86.00 mm Bore — standard bore size for 4G63T performance rebuilds
• 28.87 mm Compression Height — precision-machined for proper deck clearance
• 0.866 in. (22 mm) Pin Diameter — matched to 4G63T wristpin specifications
• 2618 Aluminum Alloy — high-strength forging material ideal for turbocharged and high-boost engines
• ArmorGlide® Skirt Coating — proprietary dry-film coating that reduces friction, resists seizure, and quiets piston noise
• Fully Machined Crown Features — precision crown geometry optimized for combustion efficiency
• Precision Ring Grooves — tight tolerances for consistent ring seal and long-term durability
• Premium Rings Included — set comes complete with performance piston rings
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA at Wiseco's Mentor, Ohio facility

The Wiseco K667M86 piston set is the go-to choice for 4G63T engine builders targeting high horsepower on the street or track. Whether you're running a built Evo or a swapped Eclipse, these pistons provide the durability and precision required for demanding forced-induction applications.
