The Prothane 4-1110-BL is a front sway bar bushing and end link kit engineered for 2WD Dakota trucks from model years 1987–1996. This complete kit fits a 28mm (1.10 inch) front stabilizer bar and comes in black polyurethane — a direct, performance-focused replacement for worn or soft OEM rubber components.

Stock rubber sway bar bushings lose their grip over time, warping and cracking under exposure to heat, road grime, and oils. This allows the stabilizer bar to shift position, reducing its anti-roll effectiveness and introducing slop into the suspension. Prothane's polyurethane material resists these failure modes, maintaining a firm, consistent grip on the bar throughout its service life.
