Wiseco 60381LXS Gen V L83 5.3L Forged Piston -0.5cc Dish 1.292 CH

The Wiseco 60381LXS is a Professional Series forged aluminum piston engineered specifically for the GM Gen V L83 5.3L direct-injected EcoTec3 engine. Built from 2618 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy using Wiseco's dedicated forging process, this piston delivers the strength and durability required for high-performance and forced-induction builds.

This piston features a -0.5cc dish crown and a 1.292-inch compression height, targeting a 10.5:1 compression ratio (measured with 58cc chambers) and designed for use with a 6.125-inch connecting rod. The dish and valve pocket geometry are specifically machined to accommodate the Gen V L83 direct injection combustion chamber and piston cooling oil jets.

Key Features:

• 2618 forged aluminum construction for superior strength-to-weight ratio and fatigue resistance
• -0.5cc dish crown for 10.5:1 compression ratio at 58cc chamber volume
• 1.292-inch compression height matched to 6.125-inch connecting rod applications
• Gen V L83 valve pocket design for proper clearance with direct-injection cylinder heads
• Forged side reliefs for added strength in the pin boss area
• Includes Wiseco GNX ring package: 1.5mm gas nitrided top ring, 1.5mm taper-faced second ring, and 3.0mm stainless steel three-piece oil ring
