Wiseco K548M8525AP Mitsubishi Turbo Forged Piston Set 85.25mm Dish -17cc

The Wiseco K548M8525AP is a forged performance piston set designed for turbocharged Mitsubishi engines. Built to stock stroke specifications, this piston features an 85.25mm bore diameter and a dish-top design with a -17cc combustion chamber volume, making it ideal for high-boost forced induction applications where controlled compression is essential.

Wiseco manufactures these pistons using their proprietary 2618 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, delivering superior strength and thermal resistance under extreme turbo boost conditions. Each piston is CNC-machined to precise tolerances and features a gas-ported design for improved ring seal and reduced blow-by.

Key Features:

• Bore Size: 85.25mm
• Dish Volume: -17cc (dish-top design for reduced compression ratio)
• Wrist Pin Diameter: 1.378 inches
• Build Type: Stock stroke configuration
• Arched-Pin (AP) wrist pin bore design for increased skirt area and strength
• Forged from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy
• Designed for turbocharged Mitsubishi engine applications
• CNC-machined for precision fit and finish

These Wiseco forged pistons are engineered as a direct replacement or performance upgrade for turbocharged Mitsubishi powerplants, offering the strength and durability required to handle elevated cylinder pressures from forced induction. The dish-top design allows builders to achieve a safe, tunable compression ratio when paired with a performance head gasket or custom turbo setup.
