Hubbell 69WC7 GARD-IT Low Pressure Cut-Off Switch 3-20 PSI

The Hubbell 69WC7 GARD-IT pressure switch is a low-pressure protection device designed to safeguard water well pumps and air compressor motors from damage caused by low-pressure conditions. This safety switch automatically disconnects power when system pressure drops below safe operating levels, preventing equipment burnout due to dry running or inadequate water supply.

Key Features:

• Adjustable cut-off pressure range: 3-20 PSI with factory setting at 12 PSI cut-in
• Maximum pressure rating: 150 PSI
• Dual motor ratings: 3 HP at 1.5A and 5 HP at 3A
• 2-pole, double throw visible contacts for easy inspection
• 1/4 inch female NPT connection for simple installation
• Manual reset lever restores automatic operation after pressure is corrected
• Corrosion-resistant cover protects internal components
• Straight-through wiring with no wire looping required
• No-drift pressure settings maintain consistent operation
• Captive cover screw prevents loss during maintenance
• UL listed (File #14861) and CSA certified (File #LR36854)

The 69WC7 is wired in series with a conventional pressure switch and is commonly used in water well pump systems, automatic water systems, and air compressor applications. When pressure falls below the cut-in point, the GARD-IT switch trips and opens the contacts. After the water or air supply is restored, hold the manual reset lever until system pressure exceeds the cut-off level to return to automatic operation.
