American Iron Off-Road BJD1101 Ball Joint Delete Kit Dana 30/44 for Jeep JL/JT 2018-Current

The American Iron Off-Road BJD1101 Ball Joint Delete System replaces traditional ball joints with a more durable, rebuildable solution engineered specifically for 2018-current Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT models equipped with Dana 30 or Dana 44 front axles. This innovative system eliminates the common ball joint wear issues that plague lifted Jeeps with oversized tires, while providing a critical safety feature in the event of axle shaft failure.

Key Features:

• PTFE-coated 3/4-inch spherical bearings for extended life and smooth articulation
• Hardened 4340 chromoly hardware for maximum strength and durability
• Lower hardware features button-head design with hex pocket to clear larger RCV CV joint bells
• Buna O-ring seals protect against dust and debris intrusion
• Safety ledge on upper joint prevents knuckle separation in case of shaft failure
• Upper bearing presses in from top, lower from bottom for proper load distribution
• Fits stock Jeep knuckles and Reid knuckles using stock upper camber bushing
• Rebuildable design reduces long-term maintenance costs

This Ball Joint Delete System works on the proven early-model Jeep design principle while addressing the late-model axle shaft failure issues that can cause the lower ball joint to punch out. Backed by a 2-year/30,000-mile manufacturer warranty, this kit delivers superior durability for serious off-road use.
