International Environmental 70556377 1/3 HP 277V Fan Coil Motor

The International Environmental 70556377 is a high-performance 1/3 horsepower fan coil motor engineered specifically for commercial and multi-family HVAC applications. Operating at 277 volts, this motor delivers reliable performance in fan coil units that provide heating and cooling in hotels, apartment buildings, hospitals, and educational facilities.

Key Features:

• 1/3 HP permanent split capacitor (PSC) motor design for efficient operation
• 277-volt single-phase power configuration for commercial applications
• NEMA 48 frame construction with 5.5-inch diameter body and 1/2-inch shaft
• Designed for high static pressure fan coil units (125 Pascal MOD 12 units)
• Direct OEM replacement for IEC fan coil systems
• Cross-references to GE model 5KCP39MGT602S

This motor is precision-engineered to meet the demanding requirements of hydronic fan coil units, where consistent airflow and reliable operation are critical for maintaining indoor comfort. The permanent split capacitor design provides superior starting torque and energy efficiency compared to shaded pole motors. International Environmental Corporation has been manufacturing fan coil units for over 50 years, and their replacement motors are built to the same exacting standards as their original equipment.

Application: Specifically designed for International Environmental high static pressure fan coil units. This motor should be installed by qualified HVAC technicians familiar with fan coil unit service and electrical connections.
