Product Details

The AprilAire 6998 is a replacement damper actuator designed for use with AprilAire fresh air ventilation and zoning systems. This normally open (N/O) actuator provides reliable motorized control of damper positioning in residential and light commercial HVAC applications.

Key Features:

  • Normally open configuration - damper remains open when power is not applied
  • Compatible with AprilAire zone control panels and ventilation systems
  • Reliable electric motor operation for precise damper positioning
  • Direct replacement for worn or failed actuators
  • Designed for easy installation on compatible dampers

This actuator is engineered to work seamlessly with AprilAire dampers to maintain proper airflow control and system efficiency. The normally open design ensures fail-safe operation, allowing air to flow when the system is not energized.
