Erie By Schneider Electric VM3312P13A000 3/4" Sweat 3-Way Zone Valve Assembly 50 PSI 24V Proportional Spring Return Normally Closed

The Erie by Schneider Electric VM3312P13A000 is a complete PopTop series zone valve assembly designed for hydronic heating and cooling systems. This 3-way valve features a 3/4-inch sweat connection and is engineered for fan coil, baseboard radiation, and air handler applications.

Key Features:

• 3/4-inch sweat (solder) connection for secure installation
• 3-way mixing valve configuration for zone control
• Proportional control with 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA input signal
• Spring return actuator returns to normal position on power loss
• Normally closed operation - B port closed when de-energized
• 24 VAC operation at 50/60 Hz
• 50 PSI maximum close-off differential pressure rating
• Forged brass valve body with nickel-plated stem
• 300 PSI system static pressure limit
• Temperature range: 32°F to 200°F fluid at 169°F ambient

The PopTop design allows one-handed actuator removal or engagement without linkages or calibration. The valve can be mounted in horizontal or vertical piping with the actuator positioned above the valve body. Installation is simplified with direct actuator mounting to the valve body, and the spring return feature provides fail-safe operation in the event of power interruption.
