Siemens Building Technology 287-06163 Flanged Mixing Valve Assembly with Pneumatic Actuator Globe & Control Valves - 5-Inch 3-Way

The Siemens Building Technology 287-06163 is a complete Flowrite valve assembly designed for hydronic heating and cooling applications requiring precise flow control. This factory-assembled unit combines a bronze 3-way mixing valve with a pneumatic actuator and integrated positioner for accurate proportional control.

Key Features:

• 5-inch flanged connection for large-flow applications
• Bronze construction with 3-way mixing configuration
• 250 Cv flow coefficient for high-capacity systems
• 12-inch pneumatic actuator (model 599-01010) with factory-mounted positioner
• 125 PSI maximum working pressure rating
• Suitable for water and glycol solutions up to 50%
• Medium temperature range: 20°F to 250°F (-7°C to 120°C)
• Factory-tested for reliable performance

This valve assembly consists of a 599-06163 valve body paired with a 599-01010 actuator and positioner. The pneumatic actuator with positioner provides precise proportional control with a typical 5 PSI span, making it ideal for critical HVAC applications including boiler systems, chiller loops, and large commercial building heating and cooling distribution systems. The flanged connection design ensures a secure, leak-free installation in high-flow piping systems.
