Honeywell VP526A1092 Pneumatic 3-Way Mixing Valve 1/2" N.O. 2-5 PSI 1.6 Cv

The Honeywell VP526A1092 is a pneumatic 3-way mixing valve designed for precise control of heating and cooling systems in commercial HVAC applications. This normally open (N.O.) valve features a 1/2-inch threaded connection and operates on low air pressure for reliable, proportional control of water or glycol solutions.

Key Specifications:

• Valve Size: 1/2-inch NPT female connections
• Configuration: 3-way mixing valve, normally open
• Actuator Type: Pneumatic spring return
• Operating Pressure Range: 2-5 PSI air signal
• Flow Coefficient (Cv): 1.6
• Maximum Operating Pressure: 200 PSI (13.8 bar)
• Temperature Range: -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C)
• Body Material: Bronze construction for durability

This mixing valve is ideal for hydronic heating and cooling systems where proportional control is required. The pneumatic actuator provides fail-safe normally open operation, ensuring proper system function during power or signal loss. The compact design allows for easy installation in tight mechanical spaces, and the bronze body provides excellent corrosion resistance for long service life.

Applications: Hot water mixing, chilled water blending, radiant heating systems, fan coil units, and terminal unit control in commercial buildings.
