The Honeywell FSL100-UVIR is an optoelectronic flame detector designed for light industrial and commercial fire protection applications. Utilizing dual ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) sensing technology, this detector provides fast and reliable detection of both hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon flaming fires while effectively rejecting false alarms through sophisticated signal analysis.

The FSL100-UVIR analyzes flame flicker frequency to distinguish real fires from false alarm sources such as direct sunlight, artificial lighting, welding arcs, and electrical discharges.
