Honeywell M9185D1004 24V Modulating Spring Return Damper Actuator

The Honeywell M9185D1004 is a 24-volt modulating spring return damper actuator from the Mod IV series, designed for precise control of HVAC dampers in commercial and industrial applications. This electronic actuator provides proportional control with a 90 to 160-degree rotation range, making it ideal for zone control, mixing applications, and VAV systems.

Key Features:

• 24VAC/DC power supply for versatile installation
• Spring return mechanism automatically returns damper to failsafe position on power loss
• 90 to 160-degree adjustable stroke range for flexible damper sizing
• Modulating control for precise airflow regulation
• 35 lb-in (4 Nm) running torque for reliable operation
• Direct mount design simplifies installation on standard damper shafts
• Weather-resistant housing suitable for most environmental conditions
• Auxiliary switches available for position indication

The Mod IV series actuators are known for their durability and consistent performance in building automation systems. The spring return feature ensures the damper returns to a predetermined safe position during power failures, making this actuator an excellent choice for life safety and smoke control applications. Compatible with most building automation controllers using 0-10VDC or 2-10VDC modulating control signals.
