Maxitrol 325-5L-1/2 Line Pressure Gas Regulator 1/2" NPT ANSI Z21.80 Certified

The Maxitrol 325-5L-1/2 is a 1/2" NPT threaded certified line pressure gas regulator with positive dead-end lock-up designed for residential, commercial, and industrial gas distribution systems. This regulator is certified to ANSI Z21.80/CSA 6.22 standards for safe operation in 2 PSI piping systems using corrugated stainless steel, copper tubing, or iron pipe.

Key Features:

• 2 PSI maximum inlet pressure with 7 to 11" water column outlet pressure range
• 425,000 BTU/hr maximum capacity for individual loads
• 500,000 BTU/hr maximum capacity for multiple appliance loads
• High leverage linkage assembly delivers positive dead-end lockup
• Capable of precise regulation from full flow down to pilot flow
• Suitable for natural gas, manufactured gas, mixed gases, liquefied petroleum gas, and LP gas-air mixtures
• Operates in ambient temperatures from -40°F to 205°F (-40°C to 96°C)

The 325-5L series features a lever-acting design that reduces pounds pressure to a level within the appliance or equipment's operating supply range. This regulator must be installed upstream of appliances that already have an appliance regulator. The 7-11" water column spring provides consistent outlet pressure control for reliable gas appliance operation including furnaces, water heaters, and boilers.
