MAHLE 3608217500 Preventative Maintenance Kit for RHS980 A/C Recovery Machine

The MAHLE 3608217500 ArcticPRO Preventative Maintenance Kit is designed to keep RHS980 and Navistar refrigeration and HVAC systems running efficiently, including all essential components for maintaining compatibility and ensuring peak performance. This comprehensive maintenance kit provides everything needed to perform a full maintenance service on your RHS980 A/C recovery machine in one convenient package.

What's Included:

• Main replacement filter for the RHS980 unit
• Inline cone filters to prevent debris from entering the A/C unit
• Vacuum pump oil for proper lubrication
• Hose gaskets for leak-free connections

Maintenance Requirements:

The RHS980 filter must be changed after recycling every 150 lbs of refrigerant, and the replacement filter kit helps maintain compliance with SAE J2788 standards. RTI filters need to be replaced at these intervals to properly remove acids and moisture that can damage compressors and contaminate oil in the vehicle. When the filter has processed 150 lbs of refrigerant, the RHS980 will shut down and require a new filter to be installed to re-activate the controller.

This maintenance kit minimizes downtime and helps prevent costly repairs with its high-quality components and precise compatibility. Alternate part numbers include 360-82133-00, 360-82175-00, and 026-80449-00.
