Carli Suspension CS-FFSP-LVL-11 Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit 2011-16 Ford F250/F350 4x4 1" Lift

The Carli Suspension CS-FFSP-LVL-11 Full Progressive Leaf Spring Kit is designed specifically for 2011-2016 Ford F250/F350 4x4 trucks with leveling suspension systems. This two-stage progressive rate leaf spring delivers the optimal balance between cargo capacity and ride quality, transforming your Super Duty's harsh factory ride into a smooth, compliant experience both on and off-road.

Key Features:

• Full-length packs built by Deaver Spring to Carli's precise specifications
• Provides 1" of rear lift while eliminating factory block
• Complete kit includes U-bolts and bump stop drop kit
• 9-leaf main pack and 3-leaf overload provide superior spring rate progression compared to factory 2-4 heavy main springs
• Allows for 37" tire clearance
• Supports up to 15" of rear suspension travel
• Eliminates axle wrap and wheel hop

This kit is specifically engineered to pair with Carli 2.5" leveling systems, creating a perfectly level stance while dramatically improving ride quality. The progressive rate design reduces payload capacity slightly compared to stock but delivers exceptional comfort for daily driving, towing, and off-road use. The relocated center pin accommodates larger tires while the block-eliminating design enhances suspension articulation and control.

What's Included: Full progressive leaf spring packs (pair), U-bolt kit (CS-FFSPUBK-11), rear bump stop drops (CS-FBDR-05), and installation hardware.

Note: These springs are designed to work optimally with Carli's custom-valved shocks and are not recommended for use with off-the-shelf shock valving.
