The Carli Suspension King 2.5" Coilover Bypass Shock Package delivers professional-grade suspension performance for 2005-2016 Ford F250/F350 4x4 trucks equipped with a 2.5" lift system. This premium shock package combines the adjustability and performance of coilover and bypass technology to provide exceptional on-road comfort and serious off-road capability.

Front Suspension Components:

• 8" stroke King 2.5" coilover remote reservoir shocks with custom Carli pistons and tuning
• 8" stroke King 2.5" 2-tube bypass shocks for auxiliary damping control
• Coilover conversion plates required but not included

Rear Suspension Components:

• 13" stroke King 2.5" 3-tube bypass shocks with high-flow rebound
• Oversized rebound tube for rapid extension and ground contact
• Weld-on remote reservoir design

Premium Construction Features:

• 17-4 stainless steel shock shafts machined from solid billet
• Custom Carli-specific pistons and valving optimized for heavy-duty truck platform
• King shock oil rated to -55°F for extreme temperature performance
• Zinc-plated steel shock bodies for corrosion resistance
• Includes reservoir mounts and all mounting hardware

Bypass technology allows fine-tuning of compression and rebound damping through external adjustable tubes, providing a supple ride at cruise while delivering progressive resistance during compression. The 2.5" diameter shock bodies offer 55% more piston surface area than 2.0" shocks, dramatically improving heat management and damping consistency. Designed and tested by Carli Suspension specifically for the Ford Super Duty platform with months of development and seat-of-the-pants tuning.
